Where all do we deliver

We deliver to all locations over India. We request you to COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE for proper Delivery. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings. Also be aware that all shipments to any Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer's risk. If the school's warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, Pluskart Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd (MedoDent) will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to customer's account, nor Pluskart Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd (MedoDent) shall attempt re-shipment of the same order. For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date in the message when placing their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.

Shipping Timelines and Conditions

Please note that residential shipments to some locations will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. Our  courier partners will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.Further  deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from location to location.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

• Product's availability with the Supplier

• The destination to which you want the order shipped to and quantity of the order ( in case of larger orders).

It is possible that the Supplier or our courier partners have a holiday between the day your  placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

Calculating cost

We offer free Shipping above order amount of ?3000.

For lesser amount value, we charge normal Shipping fee for it reach you. Pluskart Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd (MedoDent) can offer discount on delivery which will be mentioned during the payment. To match the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.

All extra charges like Octroi Clearance, taxes, duties, clearance charges, cess, or any other charges will be paid by customer.

Transit times

We have partnered with best Courier companies in the world which usually deliver by fastest possible medium possible and deliver within 3-4 days in India. If you are looking for alternate shipping options, then faste options can be suggested with extra  charges as applicable. On request, we can also make special quotes for shipping if the merchandise order amount is large. Please write on  info@MedoDentMedoDent.com for more details.

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.Please note that all the products will be shipped from India.

MedoDent does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location

At times Courier companies prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.


Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up? What is the refund Policy?

All claims must be notified to MedoDent.com in writing within 10 days from the date of acceptance of the shipment, failing which customer forfeits and waives its right for such claim

Pluskart Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd(MedoDent)shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Pluskart Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd(MedoDent) shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and User's credit/ debit/ cash card charged. If User's credit/ debit/ cash card has already been charged for the purchase and User's order is cancelled, the Company shall immediately issue a credit to User's credit/ debit/ cash card account for the amount of the charge.

All eligible refunds against Cancellation of Orders by User before delivery of Product to User will be subject to deduction of 3% of the Product Price already paid (Transaction value) as Banking and Transaction charges and balance would be processed to be refunded to User. User understands and agrees to such deduction by putting Cancellation request for any Order before delivery of Product.

All eligible refunds for 'Cash on Delivery' transactions will be processed by issuing account payee cheque in User’s name as registered on the Website and delivered to the billing address entered during the online transaction effected by User on the Website and the cheque will be dispatched to the User only after the Product(s) is /are collected from the User’s place with all its accessories, freebies and original packing materials.

Transit Risk

Pluskart Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd (MedoDent) is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But Pluskart Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd (MedoDent) will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

Shipment and tracking details

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take maximum 36 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

Address change requests

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the orderor dispatch of material whichever is earlier. You may send your alteration request to Medodent2018@gmail.comand the needful will be done.

Multiple address order

Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place separate Orders.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not Pluskart Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd (MedoDent). Please make sure your shipping address is correct. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

Are there any hidden costs on items sold by Sellers on MedoDent.com?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on MedoDent. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the Product’s shipping policy.

Time to Ship

For each item we have mentioned time to ship along with the item image. These are indicative & approx values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors. It is advisable to email us with the item codes to get more accurate time to ship estimate. In most cases, your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 3-7business days of placing the order.

What if any Delays

Time to ship mentioned on our website against each items are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

However benefits such as some store credit to be used for future orders, free gift etc can be allowed on case to case basis. If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail

However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.

Billing Address, Shipping Address and Business Days

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess/reship the order. If you have any questions about our shipping policies, please email us at info@MedoDent.com.

Payment Confirmed (Awaiting Shipping):

Your payment has been confirmed from our payment gateway. Your order is in manufacturing process. If the item is available in stock, then it will be shipped in 2-3 days.

Awaiting Confirmation of Payment:

Your payment has not been confirmed from our payment gateway during the order process. Your order will get in the manufacturing process after we get the confirmation.

Order Shipped & Completed:

Your order has been shipped. You may get the tracking number from us at info@MedoDent.com

Payment Failure:

Your payment has not been confirmed from our payment gateway. Please get in touch with your bank in case of any clarifications required.

Order Declined:

Your order has been declined from our system. Your credit card has not been charged for the order.

What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?

In Stock

For items listed as "In Stock", We will mention the delivery time based on your location pincode (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.


We  might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.

Preorder' or 'Forthcoming

Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch and will reach you in 2 to 6 business days. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. (Eg. 5th May, August 3rd week)

Out of Stock

Currently, the item is not available for sale.


Sometimes, items have to be sourced from Supliers from outside India. These items are mentioned as 'Imported' on the product page and can take at least 10 days or more to be delivered to you.

Back In Stock Soon

The item is popular and is sold out. You can however 'book' an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by the Seller.

Temporarily Unavailable

The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. We will try to make it available for you within the shortest time.

Permanently Discontinued

This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.

Out of Print

This product is not available because it is no longer being published and has been permanently discontinued.

As of now, MedoDent doesn't deliver items internationally.
